Top 5 Colours Based On The CFA Danger Scale

Rudely Interrupted

With their new EP, ‘I Am Alive’, now available, Melbourne indie-pop rockers Rudely Interrupted are taking over the world and inspiring other individuals with challenges and disabilities to give everything a shot and follow their dreams.

With each band member dealing with their own challenges (Down Syndrome, intellectual disability, born without eyes and chromosomal disorder), Rudely Interrupted became the first indie band to perform at the United Nations in NYC, while they have toured the world 13 times. "I don't feel disabled,” explains lead vocalist and keyboard player, Rory Burnside. “Being born with perfect pitch and without eyes probably makes me a better musician."

Ahead of further Australian dates, Rory shares his Top 5 colours based on the CFA fire danger scale.

Green

Feeling relaxed I think of green, and my favourite chord, F.

Blue

Blue I associate with the G chord; it signifies all being equal and smooth skies ahead.

Yellow

We're on alert and we're moving up to G chord.

Orange

Orange is the A chord, looking sideways and all around – be prepared.

Red

Red alert, warning, high alert, we're on fire — the B chord.
