Supanova Comic Con & Gaming is touching down on the Gold Coast this April, with a blockbuster guest line-up celebrating fantasy, film, television and anime. . . All in one massive weekend.
At the Gold Coast event, fans can look forward to a formidable Middle-Earth reunion, as Graham McTavish and Stephen Hunter celebrate their shared legacy in ‘The Hobbit’ trilogy. McTavish has also appeared in ‘Outlander’ and ‘The Witcher’, while Hunter has journeyed into the MCU via ‘Thor: Love And Thunder’.
The live-action line-up also brings Australian screen and Supanova favourites John Jarratt (‘Wolf Creek’, ‘What About Sal?’, ‘Love You Like That’) and Lincoln Lewis (‘Home And Away’, ‘The Possessed’, ‘He Loves Me Not’).
Joining the fun is internationally acclaimed comic artist Peach Momoko, whose credits include ‘Heavy Metal’, Marvel’s ‘Ultimate X-Men’, and her ‘Momoko-verse’ of titles. She blends traditional watercolour with modern anime and manga aesthetics.

The vocal talent is strong on the Gold Coast. Neil Fanning delivers the unmistakeable voice of Scooby-Doo from the live-action ‘Scooby-Doo’ and ‘Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed’ films.
Unfortunately, Lou Diamond Phillips is no longer able to attend the April 2026 events, due to a new film project commitment.
The newly-announced guests join an already stellar line-up, including Jamie Campbell Bower, Denise Richards, Frank Grillo, Garrett Hedlund, Ernie Hudson, James Marsters, Bonnie Wright, cast members from ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’, and leading voices from global anime hits.
Supanova Comic Con & Gaming Gold Coast is on at Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre 11-12 April.
