The Inaugural Adelaide Beer And BBQ Festival

To be held over three days in the historic Brick Cattle Pavilion and lawns at the Adelaide Showground, the inaugural Adelaide Beer & BBQ Festival is South Australia’s biggest celebration of beer, cider and BBQ.

Showcasing the best of SA, national and international beer and cider, there will be over 30 exhibitors along with some of the best local restaurants and chef’s cooking up a storm in the beer garden. Searing steaks, bold burgers, prime pork, lucious lamb and RIBS. Featuring gourmet goodies will be 'Coals™ Hot Meat And Smoke Shop' by The Happy Motel’s chef’s Jordan Jeavons, Andy Nowell and Duncan Welgemoed, 'The Ghetto Smoke Show' by Drew Akin, 'The King’s Head Great Aussie BBQ' by Brendan Bell, 'Jacob Rubenstein Presents' by Sam Worrall-Thompson.

To whet the pallet after a meal, there a bunch of local brews including; Barossa Valley Brewing, Clare Valley Brewing, Coopers Brewery, Gulf Brewery, Little Bang Brewing, Pikes Beer Company, Pirate Life Brewing, Rehn Bier, Smiling Samoyed Brewery, Vale Brewing Company and more. Ciders will include; Kangaroo Island Ciders, Lobo Cider, Sidewood Estate, The Hills Cider Company.

To enhance the experience, your ears will be delighted to swill Max Savage & His False Idols, Cosmo Thundercat, The Gentleman’s Record Club feat. Huggy Bear Soundsystem Deejays, Timberwolf, Jesse Davidson, Jimmy Meegan, Banjo Jackson, Kevin Bacon Jam Band, Skies, Problems, Hummingbird and more.



Featuring local live music and DJs each day, degustation dinners, exclusive festival brews, rock star chefs and the presentation of the Royal Adelaide Beer & Cider Awards, the festival is a nirvana for beer, cider, food and music heads from SA and beyond.

The Adelaide Beer & BBQ Festival takes place at the Adelaide Showground, 10-12 July.
