Food, wine, music, fun, sun and sea — the 27th Manly Food, Wine & Sustainability Festival promises all these things.
Featuring stalls operated by the top names in food and wine dotted along Manly's ocean beachfront, The Corso (Manly's main pedestrian thoroughfare) and Sydney Road, the annual festival will host a range of free activities and entertainment, inlcuding cooking demonstrations on the Beachfront stage.
One of Sydney's largest celebrations of food and wine, the Manly Food, Wine & Sustainability Festival's open-air format attracts an estimated 30,000 patrons every year. Beyond great cuisine and wine, the festival aims to promote a more sustainable lifestyle in one of Australia's most cosmopolitan communities.
Of particular interest, Treat Street — located on Sydney Road between The Corso and Market Lane — will showcase a variety of quality treats for all tastes, including cheeses and plentiful choices for the sweet tooth.

The Manly Markets will be relocated along the beachfront for the weekend, with new and creative additions to the shopping experience and something of interest for everyone.
"The Manly community values its beautiful environment as well as fine dining," said Manly Mayor Jean Hay. "As a community event, we continue to have a major focus on protecting the environment for residents and visitors alike during this year's Manly Food, Wine & Sustainability Festival."
The Manly Food, Wine & Sustainability Festival will be held on Saturday June 1 and Sunday June 2, from 11:30 am to 5pm both days. For more info, head to manly.nsw.gov.au/whatson/manly-food-wine-and-sustainability.
