Granite Belt Brewery
Geoff and Dee Davenport have always been passionate about beer. Having lived in the United Kingdom for a number of years, they enjoy exploring new and traditional ales. So the idea of brewing beer and giving guests a brewery experience is a natural addition to their accommodation and restaurant business based in Stanthorpe on the Granite Belt.Geoff and Dee Davenport from the Granite Belt Brewery
Beemead And Sunshack Cider
Crafted naturally with a pure blend of Australian clover honey and New Zealand Manuka honey, Beemead is crafted from the the same guys that make Sunshack Cider. In the Southern Highlands of NSW, Anton and Mark Balog craft Sunshack Cider naturally from real Australian and New Zealand fruits: apples, pears, passionfruit, mangoes, feijoa and elderflowers.Newstead Brewing Co.
Mark started home brewing in 2007 during his PhD, which somewhat backfired when after three years working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Queensland he quit science to partner with his parents and Michael Conrad to open Newstead Brewing Co. With many academic achievements to his name, Mark now works on refining the recipes of the core range and experiments with novel ingredients for speciality batches.Mark from Newstead Brewing Co.
As well as a great selection of food, with a special menu paired with your choice of beer, wine or cider, the day will also feature roots musician Ash Grunwald along with Tyrone Noonan, Jessica Sarah and Trademark on the decks.
