With the majority of Australia experiencing eased, social-distancing restrictions, the good feels continue with Bluesfest Touring revealing 14 2020 tours that were cancelled due to COVID-19 have been rescheduled for 2021, including Patti Smith, George Benson, Larkin Poe and The Wailers.
"The team has been hard at work along with artist's management to ensure there will be a future for international touring in Australia in 2021, and with the space of a good ten to twelve months we can be confident – we will dance again!"Bluesfest Touring appreciates the patience of its valued patrons and are glad to advise that information relating to the rescheduled dates including a refund process will be communicated to patrons by the end of the day, ticket-holders are encouraged to check their inbox and spam."
All acts had been scheduled to perform at this year's Bluesfest, which was cancelled as part of the coronavirus pandemic. Fingers crossed, they're set to return to the Byron Bay Easter classic in 2021.
There are also 2021 rescheduled dates in the works with Allen Stone and Eagles Of Death Metal.
