Boutique rock, reggae, blues and roots music festival Wollombi Music Festival will return in 2017 (30 September) for its eight year headlined by Sydney rockers Lime Cordiale and NT roots musician Caiti Baker.
From humble beginnings in 2010, Wollombi has grown each year and now finds itself at a beautiful and larger new site – Down by The Millpond – on the edge of Wollombi Village to cater for what have been sold-out crowds the last three years.

The 2017 incarnation will see the continuation of all the great Wollombi ingredients including music on two stages, camping, quality market and food stalls, designated kidfest area, the Hunter Valley’s biggest drum circle courtesy of The Rhythm Hut and all the funk and groove of Silent Disco.
As is tradition there will be a free launch party at the Wollombi Tavern on the Friday night (29 September) featuring Alex James Bowen and Sydney funksters Pezcobar.
This year Wollombi is being held on the October Labour Day long weekend (30 September).
