HEAR & NOW

To kick off the very first WA Music Week, presented by Act Belong Commit, Hear & Now is bringing the festival vibes to HBF Stadium with two HUGE nights (19-20 March) of local, music-loving goodness featuring some of WA's top talent including POND, San Cisco, Spacey Jane, Stella Donnelly, Adrian Dzvuke, The Southern River Band, Dulcie and The Struggling Kings.

In between main-stage sets, more of your favourite local acts will delight the evening sky with stripped-back performances.



WAMFEST

The world's largest celebration of local, original music is back. After months of careful planning and preparation, WAM are excited to reveal all the juicy details for WA Music Week's flagship celebration, WAMFest.

Returning on 26-27 March, the free-entry event features a whopping line-up of over 160 of WA's most exciting, diverse, and progressive, contemporary original musicians taking over venues and stages across the City of Perth and Northbridge.

WAMCON

WA's premier music conference, WAMCon is returning to the State Theatre Centre of WA 26-27 March as part of WA Music Week.

WAM are taking WAMCon to new levels in 2021 with a hybrid in-person and digital format enabling attendees from all corners of the state to engage with the career-bolstering opportunity.

The first WAMCon reveal boasts an impressive and diverse selection of local, national and international industry speakers, including Bruce Pavitt (Sub Pop Records and 8Stem Interactive Music co-founder) and Professor Susan Rogers (Berklee College of Music Professor and multi-platinum-earning recording producer)



WAMAWARDS

A highlight of the WA Music Week programme, the WAMAwards 2020 winners will be revealed live at the prestigious ceremony, heading to its new home at the heritage listed His Majesty's Theatre 23 March.

Featuring live nominee performances and special events, the evening provides an opportunity to dust off your best outfit and celebrate the immense talent of WA's contemporary music sector in true style.

SCARBS BEACH PARTY

WAMFest have teamed with City of Stirling for the return of Scarbs Beach Party – an all-day beachside party (21 March) showcasing the incredible talent of the WA music scene in true Scarborough style.

The free-entry event will celebrate everything this buzzing suburb has to offer, with five stages jam-packed with the best local acts, market stalls and food trucks to keep your energy up.
