They Hate Change tour Australia December 2023.

Sonic explorers, They Hate Change have added Sydney and Melbourne headline shows to their Australian visit in December.

Already scheduled to perform at Meredith Music Festival, the self-described 'sonic omnivores' will take to the stage for two shows in Sydney before landing in Melbourne with a curated line-up of local talent (Teether & Kuya Neil, Mirasia & Mulalo, and Khya & Son Ray).

The duo of Vonne Parks and Andre 'Dre' Gainey blend Southern rap and dance beats with elements of drum & bass, post-punk, prog, grime, krautrock and emo.

They've released three studio albums and five EPs since their debut in 2015, their most recent record 2022's 'Finally, New' (featuring 'X-Ray Spex' and 'From The Floor').

They Hate Change's newest single is 'Stunt (When I See U)' is a "sign of what's to come," after a long summer of festival shows in the US and UK, a statement of purpose for the Tampa rap duo: "We're going to continue to do what we do and that's CHANGE!"

Tickets for both Sydney shows are free and available by ballot only. Ballot draw date: 27 November at 9am EDT. Tickets to Melbourne show on sale from 9am EST on 28 September.
