After their sold-out run in 2022, The Kooks return to Australia in 2024.
Already slated to headline regional festival series Groovin The Moo, the 'Naive' and 'She Moves In Her Own Way' indie rockers will headline concerts in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Perth late April, early May."Ozzzzz! One of the mid-noughties indie bands still peddling furiously and relevant in the modern streaming world, The Kooks have released six studios albums since their 2006 debut album 'Inside In / Inside Out' – which reached adulthood last month.
"18 today! Can't believe this album is old enough to order its first beer," the band posted. "These songs have launched us to places we never thought we'd go and connected us with the most incredible people. Thank you all for bringing the best vibes, and sharing our love for these tunes."
'Inside In / Inside Out' spawned 'Naive' and 'She Moves In Her Own Way' as well as 'Seaside', 'Ooh La' and 'Sofa Song'.
In recent times, The Kooks released their newest record '10 Tracks To Echo In The Dark' in 2022; it features 'Oasis', 'Connection' and 'Beautiful World' (their collab with Milky Chance).
