Back for its 13th edition in 2018, Hunter Valley music and camping festival The Gum Ball has announced its first round of bands for the 27-29 April event.
Hip hop rising star REMI headlines the 2018 edition with the artist who has shared stages with the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Gorillaz and Danny Brown bringing his six-piece band to Belford for the very first time.
Also part of the first round of bands playing are The Aints (click here to read our recent review of The Aints' Brisbane Festival show) with frontman Ed Kuepper leading his band in playing songs of his former band The Saints.
Canadian punk, psychobilly stars The Creepshow and fellow Canuck singer-songwriter Terra Lightfoot (click here to read our October 2017 interview with Terra) add international flavour to The Gumball alongside lcoal Aussie music icons Butterfingers, Dave Graney ’n’ the Coral Snakes and Screamfeeder.
Other additions include Hat Fitz and Cara, Wanderers, New Venusians, Coda Chroma and Lachlan X. Morris with many more to be announced. So stay tuned for future band announcement updates.
