Gold Coast music festival Surfers Paradise LIVE locks in one of its best line-ups ever for 2020, featuring big-name Australian artists alongside local talent.
Taking the stage at the award-wining festival will be headliners Spiderbait, Jon Stevens and The Angels as well as Vanessa Amorosi, Baby Animals and Mark Seymour & The Undertow, with support from young gun Reece Mastin.
Other acts on the line-up include Daryl Braithwaite, Chocolate Starfish, Dragon and British India.
Surfers Paradise LIVE 2020 will see an exhilarating live music programme roll out across three stages and more than 40 venues. More of the country’s talented artists will also be seen across the weekend at Cavill Mall Stage and White Rhino’s Beach Hut Stage.
“The prestige of Surfers Paradise LIVE can be seen simply by looking at the quality of headliners and support acts that will attract thousands of their own fans to the precinct,” Surfers Paradise Alliance CEO Mike Winlaw says.
“Coupled with the Gold Coast Music Awards, which will see more than 400 industry professionals and music-lovers gather to honour the city’s best musicians, it’s going to be a massive four days in Surfers Paradise."
The event will also celebrate the best of the local music industry when it presents the Gold Coast Music Awards (GCMA) on the opening night of the festival. The Gold Coast Music Awards is gearing up for its sixth annual event, having also just announced their talented line-up, headlined by DJ PACES, Tijuana Cartel and Felicity Lawless.
Along with music-loving Gold Coasters, Surfers Paradise LIVE attracts a huge number of Queensland and interstate visitors who embrace the festival buzz while enjoying the outstanding retail, dining, and entertainment offerings that make the precinct renowned as Australia’s playground.
Surfers Paradise LIVE is on at the Gold Coast 30 April to 3 May.
