The Sunshine Coast's newest live music venue, NightQuarter's summer concert series (that commences 27 December) will include live performances from Bullhorn, Bearfoot, Tijuana Cartel and many more.
Recently relaunching, NightQuarter Live will focus on the best live acts from the region with a focus on home-grown Sunshine Coast acts.Electronic, hip hop group Hanlon Brothers will kickstart the NightQuarter Live programme the Saturday after Christmas Day (prefect to boogie away that Christmas belly!).
"We are proud to present a series that features the best live acts from around the region," NightQuarter co-owner Michelle Christoe says.
"We have hosted many of these acts when we were on the Gold Coast and their live shows are incredible; and it just so happens that they are Sunny Coast acts! We are so excited to represent this region."
NightQuarter will also be home to dance-floor anthems this holiday season, with New Year's Eve headlined by Australian electronic, hip hop producer What So Not who'll be joined by Sydney artist Enschway and bass queen Sippy.
While Good As: New Year's Day will be headlined by disco-soul party starter Late Nite Tuff Guy.
Looking further ahead, Butterfingers and James Reyne will play NightQuarter in April, with WA's indie legends San Cisco headed to the Sunshine Coast next June.
Oh, and don't sleep on AIRWAVES Festival (23-24 January), featuring Sneaky Sound System, Boo Seeka, The Beautiful Girls and Ash Grunwald.
The NightQuarter Live stage has been custom built as a unique shipping container-based live space featuring a 12m x 6m stage with LED screen, custom lighting and state of the art production.
