King Of The North, Band Of Frequencies & More Join Mojo Burning 2019 In Second Line-up Announce

Annual boutique blues, rock and psych festival Mojo Burning has fanned the flames this year with the addition of a second and final line-up for their sixth edition in 2019.

Rounding out the already-robust line-up will be Melbourne groovers King Of The North, Seedy Jeezus, Band Of Frequencies, Smoking Martha, Psychobabel, Hammers, Hell And Whiskey, and the duo of Deathbeat.

They join headliners 1000mods from Greece, '90s fuzz lords Tumbleweed and Melbourne rockers The Vasco Era plus the internationally renowned blues acts Lachy Doley Group, Claude Hay and Minnie Marks as well as Hobo Magic, Whoopie Cat and heaps more. Mojo Burning organiser Christian Tryhorn of Beats Cartel says of the event: "I often think at the end of a Mojo Burning cycle that my next line-up can't possibly get any better for the price point.

I'm pleasantly surprised with how this edition has turned out. It's going to be a massive day with some big riffing bands and of course 1000mods' first-ever Australian festival experience. It will sell out, make sure you get your crew onto it early."

The festival will this year continue it's dedicated Psych/Stoner room matched with venue-wide visuals, live art installations, a VIP lounge and more, in what is most definitely one of the biggest days on the Australian boutique festival calendar.

A series of band competitions across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and sideshows have also been set up by Mojo Burning to provide up-and-coming local bands a chance to play the sold-out event along with providing extra travel money for bands involved. Band comp winners will be added to the festival lineup early March.
