With the 2018 BIGSOUND party fast approaching (4-7 September), a second round of bands have been added to the line-up with another 60+ acts joining the 75 announced last month.

BIGSOUND Festival passes will gain access to a slew of Fortitude Valley venues, 'from big stages under the stars to intimate venues allowing you to get up close and personal with the music'.
Your BIGSOUND wristband will get you into 256 Wickham, Alehouse Stage & Mane Stage at Woolly Mammoth, Black Bear Lodge, Crowbar Black, Crowbar Brisbane, Empire Hotel, Family, Heya Bar, Laruche, Ric’s Big Backyard, The Brightside, The Elephant Hotel, The Flying Cock, The Foundry, The Valley Drive-In, The Zoo and triple j Unearthed Stage @ Famous all within three blocks, across four nights.

Lord Mayor Graham Quirk said it was fitting that Australia’s leading new-music festival and industry conference would be staged in Brisbane and support the city's home-grown talent.
"Brisbane has been the incubator for many international music acts over the decades and we're proud to once again stage BIGSOUND in the Fortitude Valley, the city's hub of live music and emerging talent," Cr Quirk says.
"Performers, buyers, speakers, talent scouts and visitors converging on Brisbane will discover a great place to live, work and relax, and BIGSOUND will add to the 50,000 annual festivals, markets and events that contribute to our vibrant and creative city."
