South Summit

Known for their genre-defying blend of indie rock, reggae, and hip hop, South Summit has rapidly earned a reputation for their high-energy live shows, emotional depth, and impressive musicality.

After recently supporting Tash Sultana on their Australian live dates earlier this month (they'll rejoin Tash on their European tour dates in 2026), South Summit will join SIX60 for a Brisbane show early November at Kingston Butter Factory in Logan, before headlining shows in Melbourne and Sydney later that month.

With their catchy new bop 'Top Of The Hill' already closing in on 500k Spotify streams, South Summit will also join the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Doechii, and Dominic Fike at the sold-out (except the Perth leg) Spilt Milk Festival in December.

"Thank ya for all the love on the new track so far. It feels so good to have new music out there. Go run it up, chur! 🤍🏔️!"

The band have also dropped a wildly entertaining video directed by Brendan Cecich, which sees the five-piece hurling themselves down the steep slopes of the Kalamunda Hills in their own chaotic take on the famous cheese-roll race.

Onstage, South Summit's reputation for explosive, heartfelt live shows has fuelled international sell-outs and growing global attention; from packed-out tents at The Great Escape to sold-out venues in London, Manchester, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam.

Here, the band pick their dream support gigs especially if time travel was, you know, a regular thing!

1: Bob Marley & The Wailers

Have been a huge inspiration to us as a band; the message he told through music inspired us to do the same. Sharing the stage with this legend would've been a dream come true.

2: The Police

Just have those classic hits; playing a show with these guys would've been sick.

3: Red Hot Chili Peppers

To play with the Chili Peppers would be sick; they're all good at what they do, something we strive for as well.

4: Outkast

Cool thing about these guys is the blend of genres they do; we like to do the same with ours, not sticking to one sound. Playing a show together would be fun for sure.

5: Foregone Conclusion

Best for last. Not just one show, but a tour with these guys would be mental. David Brent is an inspiration to us all, his stage presence is second to none. Overall just a magician behind the mic and a wizard on the guitar. Sharing the stage with these guys would be a dream come true.
