Dashville Skyline, Australia's cosmic country festival, have released the full line-up for their Hunter Valley Labour Day long weekend bash (28-30 September).
Joining already announced acts, which include The Waifs, C. W. Stoneking and 19-Twenty, is the incomparable folk group The Bushwackers as well as William Crighton and many more.
The Bushwackers are now into their 48th year as a band and have been hailed around the world as an icon of Australiana, with Rolling Stone famously describing them as 'the Australian band'.
William Crighton is making a triumphant return to the festival hot off the back of an international tour, having just released a highly acclaimed second album, 'Empire'.
Entering their fourth year, Dashville Skyline are also welcoming back festival regular Melody Pool who will bring along her four-piece band and Fender Stratocaster.
Soul-country project Magpie Diaries, which consists of festival curator Matt Johnston and his wife Jessica, will be performing in support of their debut full-length effort When Love Comes.
The festival will be thick with Aussie country legends from all over the country, with Brisbane eight-piece alt-country outfit Halfway joining the bill, along with Adelaide six-piece rockers The Bitter Darlings and Sydney's hillbilly darlings The Slowdowns.
Grooves are sure to be provided by acts such as Big Daddy Roy's Hillbilly Bop Safari, Dashville old-hands Gleny Rae Virus & Her Playboys and dreamy Melburnians Perch Creek.
Once again, the festival will deliver with some good, old-fashioned Americana, welcoming Golden Guitar award winning trio Lachlan Bryan & The Wildes as well as Georgia State Line, a country-folk outfit hailing from Melbourne.
Over forty acts will be playing across two stages 28-30 September, making it one, crazy weekend of alt-country, Americana and psychedelia.
The festival is family-friendly and include on-site camping, along with delicious American-inspired food trucks and a farmyard petting zoo.
Weekend and day tickets, in a range of age categories, are on sale now through the Dashville website. Click here for more information.
