The Cultural Forecourt of South Bank has been transformed into a playground of fragrant smells and colourful sights in an Asian hawker-style market with some of Brisbane’s favourite Asian eateries: Saké, Fat Noodle, Harajuku Gyoza and Longtime among 30 stalls dishing up everything from Chili Crab Bao, Crispy Skin Dumplings, Korean BBQ Spicy Pork and pho.

“More than 170,000 people ate their way through Night Noodle Markets last year and bets are on that this year’s crowds will far surpass that number,” Festival Creative Director Natascha Mirosch says.

“People get so adventurous at Night Noodle Markets. It is lovely to see families and friends out and about to celebrate the diversity of Brisbane’s growing food culture.”
