Hobart, Tasmania... I wanna go back already!

My black and white long, striped shirt. It makes me look like a pirate.

18 March, 1968 watching Jim Morrison join Jimi Hendrix on stage at The Scene in New York.

Slow-cooked lamb shanks with rosemary and mushroom red wine sauce on mashed, sweet potato and pan-fried green beans.

Never. It is either too much or too less of one or the other.

Knowing I can kick back with my beautiful girlfriend with a drink or three and have the feeling that you have accomplished something amazing.
