Head of Bachelor of Content Creation at Collarts.
Why do you do it?
I have been in the design industry for a number of years in creative direction and design, production and publishing.
What do you love about the city you live in?
How do you narrow Melbourne down to just one thing? If I had to say just one thing, it would have to be all the nooks and crannies that the city has to offer. I’m still finding new ones everyday.
Where did you go for your last holiday?
A quick visit to San Francisco and Toronto to see family and a wedding.
What's your favourite item of clothing? Why?
A basic black tee, because it goes with everything.
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid?
'Rugrats'. Those little guys got up to the best adventures.
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go?
I would definitely head back to the Renaissance period, so I could immerse myself in all the creativity that was so abundant at the time.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us?
I would make a lemon tart, with some French vanilla ice-cream (homemade of course).
What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
Always give 100 per cent even on the slimiest of tasks and take every opportunity, you never know where it could lead.
Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows.
I love to bake, I find it very relaxing.
Are you happy with your work-life balance?
It took me a long time to get to a place in my life where I have a work-life balance and I think I’m finally, almost there.
How do you define success?
For me, success is what makes me happy and as long as I’m happy and loving what I’m doing that's all the success I need. Everything else is just a bonus.
What's your spirit animal?
The hippo, because they are chilled out and relaxed.
