Why do you do it?
I love food and cooking, but I also really appreciate the flexibility I have.
What do you love about the city you live in?
Brisbane is like a country town that’s getting cool! It's evolving day by day.
Where did you go for your last holiday?
Ecoasis. It's at Uki.
What's your favourite item of clothing?
My Sunday chill clothes. It means play time, home time and a drink on the deck.
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid? (If you've got kids, what's your favourite show to watch with them?)
'Monkey Magic' when I was a kid. Now it's lots of kids movies, 'Star Wars', 'Mulan', 'How To Train Your Dragon'.
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go?
1600s Ottoman Empire. A day at Topkapi Palace, Istanbul.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us?
Umm... probably something with chilli in it, then always very stinky cheese and a dessert!
What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
Don’t take things for granted, even the little things, and I am working on patience.

I wish I could garden, like properly landscape. I love beautiful gardens.

Yes, am nearly there.

Having a happy and healthy family.
