I am the Deputy General Manager for the Woodford Folk Festival.
Why do you do it?
Because I get to be a part of a team that live, operate and create a world that we wish for the ‘real’ world to be all year round.
What do you love about the city you live in?
All of the magical people that live in it.
Where did you go for your last holiday?
Japan, and it was rad in so many ways.
What's your favourite item of clothing?
My travelling souls adventure boots.
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid?
The Ninja Turtles. My brother and I spent a lot of time arguing over who got to be Raphael.
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go?
To a time and place where there was no electricity and eating dinner by candlelight was the only option.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us?
At the moment I’m whipped on Chiang Mai curry. It would have a lot of coriander and a sprinkle of chili on top.
What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
To be the pedestrian you wish to see in the street.
Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows...
When I throw out my doona to make my bed each morning, it hurts my belly button.
Are you happy with your work/ life balance?
I work a lot. But I’m one of the lucky ones that would wake up and do what I do every day whether it was a job or not. Weekends are weekdays and weekdays are weekends, and I’m stoked with that.
How do you define success?
Whatever you deem success to be.
What's your spirit animal?
I have dreams that I am a whale really often so I’m going to run with that. They are the best dreams, I’d really, really love to be a whale for a day.
