Why do you do it?
I love it — challenging, trying to innovate and I get to travel and work with great people.
What do you love about the city you live in?
AFL, great restaurants, well set out, good coffee, family/friends, Melbourne is an incredible city.
Where did you go for your last holiday?
NYC, second favourite city in the world. It is a city for me that I get so many ideas, walk the streets and has great shopping and restaurants.
What's your favourite item of clothing? Why?
Nike shoes, comfortable Diesel jeans, wear them a lot.
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid?
Young Talent Time. I said "good night Australia".
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go?
1920s. Would love to go to a party in the times of Boardwalk Empire etc. Amazing times. Or `60s, to see Woodstock etc.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us?
I am not much of a cook, probably a pasta with a great smoothie.
What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
Believe in yourself, work hard and it will happen.
Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows...
My favourite thing to do in NYC is get the open deck tour bus around, I love the history and seeing the city. I have caught it at least 30 times.
Are you happy with your work/life balance?
I am happy with it; it's busy at times and not so busy at others. I love what I do.
How do you define success?
Personal: Good friends, happy and healthy family and time to relax/travel. Work: Successful events and customer feedback.
