I’m a publicist for Modular. Modular Recordings falls under the Modular People umbrella, as well as Modular Touring, The Modular Agency and Modular Ideas. I work across all of them, which is fun.
Why do you do it?
I love music, especially some of the artists Modular has, so now I get to share that music and passion with the world.
What do you love about the city you live in?
I really love Sydney. I have lived a bunch of different places, including the US and London, and I find that Sydney has the best culture and lifestyle. The live music scene is also pretty great here. But what I like most of all is the amazing range of fresh FOOD, it’s like nowhere else in the world.
Where did you go for your last holiday?
Last holiday was to the Margaret River in WA over New Years, all the beaches and vineyards there are so gorgeous! I’d like to go overseas again soon, but work hasn’t really allowed time for that yet.
What's your favourite item of clothing? Why?
Hmm, that is a hard question. Probably my new Nique coat.. it’s keeping me warm right now!
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid?
The Brady Bunch, I’ve seen every episode about 5 times.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us?
I would cook something from Jamie Oliver’s 30 min meals, that book is so delicious! Probably a pasta dish... I love pasta.
What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
Never tell anyone somebody else’s secret, because the person you tell will always remember that you cannot be trusted.
Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows...
Well, not MANY people know that I hate watermelon.
Are you happy with your work/life balance?
Yes, I am. I think in order to have a good work/life balance you have to leave work at the office when you leave each day... be super effective during work hours and you won’t have to work overtime and kill your social life. If that is impossible for some people, then I’d suggest looking into another career. Having a life balance is so important; most forget that.
How do you define success?
Success to me is being able to do what you love and get paid for it. So I guess I’m there!

Haha! No idea... I like Meerkats!
