What do you do?
Artist and creative aka Unwell Bunny.

Why do you do it?
I have always loved all things creative. When I was young it was comic books, later graffiti, then modern art, contemporary art.

What do you love about the city you live in?
I love Melbourne. I’ve lived in Amsterdam and loved Europe. But Melbourne has my heart. It is always changing: a creative hub, an edgy, interesting city with a soulful heartbeat. A city I always love coming back to.

Where did you go for your last holiday?
It wasn’t really a holiday. But America. Through New York, LA, San Francisco.

What's your favourite item of clothing? Why?
T-shirts. You can always find new and interesting designs by different creatives.

What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid?
'Ren And Stimpy'. Loved it for years, disturbing but brilliant humour. Amazing animation, a cult classic.

If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go?
I’d go to America during the 1960s and join in on the pop-art era. It looked like they had fantastic parties.

If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us?
Cooking is not my big talent. But steak. It's one thing I do pretty well.

What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
You get one shot at anything. There's always time for other things, but they are always different. Live the time you’re in to the fullest.

Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows...
One of the first things I ever did was appear on a TV commercial for the NSW Health Commission; the Creative Director on the commercial was one of the animators from 'Ren And Stimpy' (my favourite cartoon). It made me realise I wanted to create (not act).

Are you happy with your work/ life balance?
I work quite hard. But I’ve learned that when I take time off, I need to really enjoy it. So I love time with people I care about.

How do you define success?
Being satisfied with what you do. If you are happy with your life and what you are doing with it. You are successful.

What's your spirit animal?
The bunny rabbit.
