I am the head brewer for The Sparkke Change Beverage Company.
Why do you do it?
Because brewing is my passion and I adore what Sparkke stands for.
What do you love about the city you live in?
I love Adelaide because it’s green, pretty, cyclist friendly, close to the beach and full of kind people. Oh and full of tasty food and booze.
Where did you go for your last holiday?
Vancouver, Canada and across the west coast and southwest of the USA.
What's your favourite item of clothing? Why?
At the moment, I’m digging on my cowboy boots from Texas 'cause they are badass.
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid?
'Sesame Street' for sure. Closely followed by 'Neighbours'.
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go?
Either to the show that Nirvana recorded their MTV Unplugged session or to an Elliott Smith show.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us?
I do a mean roast. I’m also a big fan of curries.
What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
The two most important things you can do in life is to be happy and be good to others.

I don’t have that many secrets.
Are you happy with your work/ life balance?
It’s not work if you do what you love right?
How do you define success?
For me, I think a person is successful if they are happy with what they do (in and outside of work), have a sound moral compass and if they have solid, meaningful relationships with the people in their lives.
What's your spirit animal?
A blue whale.
