Why do you do it?
Acting has been my lifelong passion. Producing is the best way to get a great acting role ;)
What do you love about the city that you live in?
Brisbane is beautiful - there are so many great places. I love Southbank and West End. I also love that there are all different types of people in Brisbane, it's such an interesting and diverse city.
Where did you go on your last holiday?
Thailand – my honeymoon. AMAZING!
What is your favourite item of clothing? Why?
Probably my jeans. It's always hard shopping for a new pair but once I find that perfect fit, I pretty much live in them – throughout winter anyway.
What was your favourite TV show as a kid?
'Duck Tales'.
If you could travel back in time for one day where would you go?
Probably back to 1989 and have a conversation with mum when she was my age.
If we were coming over to your place what would you cook for us?
Depends how much time I have on my hands, probably something German (I was born there) like roast duck and dumplings.
What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
If you want something, you have to work for it – nobody is going to do it for you.
Tell us one thing about yourself that no one else knows...
I still get scared if I'm in the house alone at night.
Are you happy with your work/life balance?
Yes, but I would like to work more on the things I am passionate and excited about and less on paying the bills.
How do you define success?
I think that if you are happy with where you are in life and if you are enjoying what you do, then that's success.
What's your spirit animal?
Crab - hard shell but soft inside and loves the water. It's also my star sign.
