Why do you do it? I saw a gap for an Australian agency that nurtured small creatives to success. It's really rewarding to help our diverse roster of talent secure the opportunities that they deserve.
What do you love about the city you live in? There's always something happening in Melbourne! A gig, exhibition, food festival. It's like impossible to be bored.
Where did you go for your last holiday? Western Australia to visit family, but I'm super excited for my up and coming trip to Japan.
What's your favourite item of clothing? Undies. They're the ole' reliable. Comfy and never go out of style because they're not (usually) on display. ;)
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid? I've recently remembered that 'Pinky And The Brain' actually existed and wasn't a fever dream, so I'll go with that one. They're a representation of my last two brain cells on a Friday arvo.
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go? July 23, 2010, when One Direction were formed on 'X-Factor' so I could be their first official fan.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us? Salmon pasta and vanilla slice, served separately of course!
What's the best lesson you've ever learned? My old boss Al told me: "Even if you don't feel like it, you've got to play the game," referring to office/ career politics. I still often think about it when I'm about to throw in the towel.
Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows... When I was 12 I had a boyfriend of a month (#justhighschoolthings) and he was really excited for our date so he researched and printed out the movie titles/ times and let me choose. I still have the piece of paper because it symbolises the first date I ever went on and the first romantic gesture from a boy.
Are you happy with your work/ life balance? I think I had it in check a year ago, however with Tall Poppy MGMT opening this year, it could be better. It's taken a lot of work to get the agency off the ground, but I don't regret a second of it.
How do you define success? I think it's a combination of that intrinsic rewarding feeling and meeting your goals. A little validation from those you respect can go a long way too.
What's your spirit animal? I'm going to go rogue and pick my 13-year-old, Internet-obsessed fangirl self, because even though I've grown up, I still feel like her everyday.
