Why do you do it? I have been doing it since I was a child – people intrigue me and I love creating memories for people to reflect on the porch at the end of the day; and I love to bring community and people together.
What do you love about the city you live in? I hadn't returned to my home town of Melbourne after living and working around the world for 20 years; I came back to realise that the place has everything I was looking for.
Where did you go for your last holiday? UK – a very overdue family visit!
What's your favourite item of clothing? I love my bright arty warm leggings. I clearly remember the night I purchased them in Sydney, as I popped into a shop on George Street because my legs were cold. Those leggings make me feel upbeat and have had some great times wearing them.
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid? I loved watching again and again 'The Young Ones'.
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go? Italy. I lived there for some time and just love being there – I would go straight to Cinque Terre.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us? Whole fish baked in rock salt – it just tastes amazing.
What's the best lesson you've ever learned? My grandfather would always say: "As long as you are happy." It is very simple, but it has helped me steer the ship.
Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows... When I was little, I thought that if I dreamt about flying a lot that would mean one day I could – always wished to dream about flying.
Are you happy with your work/ life balance? Yes. I think it has taken some work, but the balance feels good.
How do you define success? Being happy and feeling proud of yourself, and doing good things for other people.
What's your spirit animal? Um. . . I'm not really sure – I love the ocean so probably some type of large fish.
