Why do you do it? I love music – and I love seeing growth within the industry. It's so great to be able to help people within the industry to achieve their goals.
What do you love about the city you live in? I live in Melbourne, so it's the coffee for me! Never found better, and don't think I will! The live music scene is also so great, always something on no matter where you are, or what day of the week it is.
Where did you go for your last holiday? I was over in Texas in March for SXSW – and extended my trip and hit up Los Angeles and San Diego whilst I was there. It was more work than holiday, but I did do some fun tourist activities – most importantly I caught my first ever Lakers game.
What's your favourite item of clothing? It's very rare you'll see me without a hat! I've got different colours for all different – it's usually the first thing I think of when getting dressed for the day.
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid? Tough one – I watched a lot of 'The Simpsons' growing up, and was a big fan of Disney classics like 'The Suite Life Of Zack & Cody'. Hard to split between those two.
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go? 2008 AFL Grand Final Day, one of my all time favourite days. I was eight years old – and spent the day at Glenferrie Oval with my family watching the Hawks play. It was just such an awesome experience and I'd love to be there as an adult to really take it all in.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us? Christian Petracca's lasagne soup – my girlfriend Emily loves it too, so it's an easy choice when we're cooking.
@christianpetracca_5 Lasagna soup Serves 4 Ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil 1 brown onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, crushed 500g beef mince Salt & pepper 1 carrot 2 stick of celery 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 2 cups chicken stock 700g passata 1 pack of lasagna sheets 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 1 cup mozzarella Method: Heat oil in large pan over medium heat. What's the best lesson you've ever learned? It'll sound cheesy, but in the movie 'Thunderstruck', Kevin Durant says: "Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard." It's stuck with me ever since I heard it, and I don't even think it's an original Kevin Durant quote, but it's something that's always stuck with me.
Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows... Really random, but I have an extensive collection of Hawthorn Hawks match-worn guernseys. It's a nice little collectable hobby I picked up during COVID.
Are you happy with your work/ life balance? Very happy! It's also such a blessing to have such supportive people around me who are understanding of my workload, and give me the time I need.
What's your spirit animal? I actually don't have one! If I did, maybe something on the top of its food chain, a great white shark maybe?
