I'm the owner of Pita Pan Surfers Paradise.
Why do you do it?
I love seeing people experiencing tastes of new cultural food, and seeing that they are enjoying themselves.
What do you love about the city you live in?
Its long stretch of surf beaches, lots of waterways and spectacular skyline.
Where did you go for your last holiday?
I went to Cairns and Port Douglas for a more tropical feel.
What's your favourite item of clothing? Why?
My board shorts, because when I am wearing them it means I am not at work and enjoying the warmer climate here in Gold Coast.
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid?
Two And A Half Men, because everyone compared me to the young boy in it:)
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go?
I would go back to the days of ancient Greece to see the Acropolis when it was a living city in Athens.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook for us?
I would light the BBQ and cook our famous souvlakia with some great beer!
What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
Not listening to my father's advice and then realising he was right after all. So you must respect people's life experiences.
Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows...
I am younger than people first perceive, and that usually surprises them, given what I am doing and the skills I have learnt through the family business over the years.
Are you happy with your work/life balance?
I love it! Working in the heart of Surfers, right on the beach, hardly makes it work!
How do you define success?
Lots and lots of hard work and learning from past mistakes and never giving up on any challenges that may arise.
What's your spirit animal?
I would have to say a lion. King of the jungle!
