What do you do?
I run creative agency and PR company, Deathproof PR, in Melbourne.
Why do you do it?
Because it's cool as hell and I get to work with my favourite people.
What do you love about the city you live in?
Coffee, crisp mornings, live music, good food.
Where did you go for your last holiday?
I blew my four-year-old's little mind in Japan.
What's your favourite item of clothing?
I like my Collingwood FC scarf because it's old and well-loved, and because it sparks conversations with strangers on the street (MOSTLY positive). My vintage James Taylor t-shirt is a close second.
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid? (If you've got kids, what's your favourite show to watch with them?)
Me and my kid love watching 'Bluey' and 'Transfomers' original.
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go?
I'd take a peek at the 1950s.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us?
A slow-cooked, lovingly made lasagne with plenty of bechamel.
What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
That people who appear rude and closed off are often just their own version of shy or awkward; don't take offence.
Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows…
I'm not that compelling, I'm afraid.
Are you happy with your work/ life balance?
Yes. Running my own business lets me tweak this month to month to try and find the right balance. I'm forever grateful.
How do you define success?
Not sure. . . but it sure as sh.t has nothing to do with money.
