I am currently a graphic design student at the Karl Von Busse Institute of Design.
Why do you do it?
While I was at high school I participated in a work experience programme where I did graphic design. I enjoyed it and realised that it was something that I was good at, so I thought why not. So that is why I then decided to enrol into the Karl Von Busse Institute of Design to take my new found passion further.
What do you love about the city you live in?
I love the environment, the feeling, the hustle and bustle that Sydney has to offer. You can be comfortable being who you are with no judgement.
Where did you go for your last holiday?
I went on a well-deserved relaxing trip to gorgeous Hamilton Island.
What's your favourite item of clothing? Why?
My staple Marc Jacobs coat. I love Marc Jacobs. It is always a winner for me – this coat is my go-to in the cooler months and it is reversible, which makes it versatile, which is what I love about it.
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid?
I definitely loved watching 'Lilo And Stitch' as a kid.
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go?
I would travel back to when I was a kid. I have such great memories – my parents would take us to the pine forest to go mushroom picking, at the time I didn’t really take it in so I would love to go back and appreciate the little things that are now everlasting memories.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us?
I would cook something different, and exciting – I am half Polish and not many people would eat that type of food regularly, so I would probably go back to my roots and bring out some good ol’ home cooking.
What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
Not to judge people on how they look or how much money they have, it is who they are that is most important. You can only be true to yourself, remember that.
Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows...
I am a metal head, I love heavy metal music, but you wouldn’t know it.
Are you happy with your work/ life balance?
I am pretty happy with how everything works out for me at the moment. Between study and my social life I still have some time set aside to focus on me.
How do you define success?
You can be successful, but if you are not happy within yourself and how everything is panning out then what is the point of working so hard for it?
What's your spirit animal?
A koala.
