In my spare time I like to hang out with my partner, go for walks and occasionally dabble in extra curricular activities at assorted drinking holes around Melbourne.
Why do you do it? My job provides me the financial freedom to spend more time with the ones I love, doing the things I love. My friends and family are the main inspiration for much of what I do in my life.
What do you love about the city you live in? I actually live in Rye, about 1.5 hours SE of Melbourne; it's a great, little community filled with a weird and wonderful bunch!
Where did you go for your last holiday? The last place I visited was Montenegro and Serbia at the end of Split System's 2023 Europe tour.
What's your favourite item of clothing? My moccasins, because who doesn't like moccasins?!
What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid? 'H.R. Pufnstuf' was definitely a highlight!
If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go? Take me back a few hundred years, but leave me here at home. I would love to see this country before it was mutilated by the British.
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us? Most likely a nice, hearty stew.
What's the best lesson you've ever learned? Never judge a person by the way they behave when things are comfortable or good; people's true colours come out when strong decisions are to be made.
Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows... Everyone knows everything about me, I unfortunately have no filter.
Are you happy with your work-life balance? I don't believe anyone is truly happy with their work-life balance. Most of the day-to-day noise that we all participate in generally pointless. I do try and keep purpose in everything I do, but who knows. It does feel like we're all just running on a hamster wheel a lot of the time.
How do you define success? Strong relationships and the ability to inspire or be inspired by the people around you.
What's your spirit animal? A goat.
