It's been a long wait to find out how Yours & Owls Festival will top last year's biggest crowd to date and all-star line-up, but by golly they've done it.
This September, Wollongong becomes ground-zero for a home grown, heavy explosion of live music over one mammoth weekend headlined by Angus & Julia Stone, Peking Duk and Alison Wonderland, and that's just for starters.
Angus & Julia Stone will be appearing fresh off the back of touring the US, Europe and a sold-out Australian tour, performing at some of the world’s biggest music festivals including Coachella and Splendour in the Grass as well as releasing ARIA No. 2 album 'Snow'.
Sweat, booze, good vibes and great music - whip it all together and you’ve got Peking Duk. Bonafide legends Adam Hyde and Reuben Styles have been creating certified bangers since inception and it’s been a wild ride ever since. Their live show will leave you sweat-soaked, champagne-sprayed and picking bits of confetti out of your hair for days, a deliriously fun spectacle.
Known for her explosive stage-show, Alison Wonderland is back with her brand new album 'Awake', which has shot straight to #1 on Dance Billboard. A mix of digital-pop and incendiary beats, her second album sees the Sydney-born, L.A.-based singer, producer and DJ blaze new territory sonically, vocally and emotionally with lead single ‘Church’.
Also appearing at Yours & Owls this year will be The Jungle Giants, Methyl Ethyl, Ocean Alley, Hockey Dad, Cub Sport, Alex The Astronaut, Dear Seattle and heaps more.
