Another 20 acts have been added to the 2026 WOMADelaide line-up for another year celebrating music, arts and dance across the March long weekend in Adelaide.

Audiences can look forward to exclusive Australian performances from trailblazer Arrested Development, and one of Africa’s greatest female voices and activists Oumou Sangaré, as well as beloved Italian pop icons Jovanotti, headlining the opening night of the festival.

Also joining the fun are Canadian jazz-fusion group BADBADNOTGOOD, Netherlands/NZ blues-funk trio MY BABY, American gospel family band Annie & The Caldwells, and psychedelic Amsterdam-based Nusantara Beat.

Next, is soulful blues guitarist/song FantasticNegrito from the US, festival faves KAIIT and Mama Kin Spender, and newcomers like Brazilian Australian artist Alcides Neto.

All of these artists join the recently-announced legendary Australian band Yothu Yindi, Afro-funk Fred again.. collaborator Obongjayar, 82-year-old First Nations gospel singer Kankawa Nagarra, Yolngu rapper and dancer Baker Boy and more.

“We are delighted to announce these amazing artists joining us in the finishing touches to our lineup, to grace the WOMADelaide stages over the March long weekend. Whether you’re already a fan or getting to know these artists for the first time, WOMADelaide 2026 is ready for you,” WOMADelaide director Ian Scobie says.

There will be more than 600 artists in 69 groups, from 28 countries, at WOMADelaide 2026.
