Known for their tracks 'Superstitious Fantasy' and 'Sirens', Australian hyper-pop metalcore band Windwaker will tour nationally early 2025.
The run of dates, which will visit Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, Albury, Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth next January-February, is in support of the Melbourne band's 2024 sophomore album 'Hyperviolence'."We're so excited to hit the road and finally bring our new album 'Hyperviolence' to life on stages all across Australia!" the band says.
"This record was made to be experienced live, and we've gone all in to make sure we deliver on our biggest and best shows yet. We can't wait to share the stage with some of our favourite acts, we've made sure these are shows that you don't want to miss."
Windwaker will be joined on tour by California post-hardcore group Thousand Below ('Sinking Me', 'No Place Like You' and 'Sabotage'), who return to Australia for the first time since 2022, as well as Australian supports, modern nu-metallers Diamond Construct ('Psychosis', 'Hit It Back') and Brisbane up-qnd-comers Headwreck (who have previously supported the likes of We Came as Romans, Paledusk, and The Story So Far).
Tickets on sale from 11am (local time) on 1 November.
