A country music newcomer currently burning brightly, Arkansas singer-songwriter Waylon Wyatt will make his Australian live debut this spring.
The 18 year old, who recently performed at the world-renowned Stagecoach Festival before graduating high school just a few weeks later, has already amassed 3M monthly Spotify listeners with such gritty, earthy hits like 'Arkansas Diamond', 'Jailbreak' and 'Everything Under The Sun'.Already slated to play Ridin' Hearts Festival in Sydney and Melbourne, Waylon will headline his own concert in Brisbane this October. Join the bandwagon before Wyatt becomes a global household name.
"Australia I can't believe it – I'm coming down there y'all! Playin' a headline in Brisbane and joining the Ridin' Hearts Fest in Sydney and Melbourne! Can't wait to see y'all!"
After releasing his sophomore EP 'Out Of The Blue' earlier this month (featuring 'I'd Be Delighted' and 'Smoke & Embers (feat. Willow Avalon)'), the project sees Wyatt's musical influences shine through. With a rustic, stripped-down quality, his honest yet piercing lyricism complements his thriving musicality.
Waylon has taken the EP on the road on his first international tour, playing more than 35 shows across North America and Europe (before travelling to Australia), including opening for Zach Bryan at BST Hyde Park and making festival appearances at Bourbon & Beyond, Cavendish Beach Music Festival and Rock The Park.
Tickets to the Brisbane concert on sale from 1pm (local time) on 3 July. Tickets to Ridin' Hearts Festival are available.
