Australian songwriter Washington will join forces with symphony orchestras across Australia for a unique collaboration.
Kicking off in Sydney with three back-to-back dates at the iconic Sydney Opera House Concert Hall, Washington will perform her anticipated forthcoming fourth studio album in full, accompanied by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
She'll then head to QPAC Concert Hall in Brisbane with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, as well as visiting Hobart and Perth with Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra and West Australian Symphony Orchestra respectively.
“It's an absolute life highlight to be able to work with orchestras of this calibre”, Washington says. "Essentially these shows are decadent, extravagant album previews for my new record, which will be out next year. It's going to be a sumptuous, romantic art party.”
