Los Angeles-based power-pop rock band, Wallows are set to release their sophomore album, 'Tell Me That It's Over', next month.
Recorded with Grammy Award-winning producer Ariel Rechtshaid (Vampire Weekend, Haim, Adele), across ten album tracks Wallows sift through a diverse range of sounds – from lo-fi post-punk to indie folk to early '90s dance-pop psychedelia.The trio of Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters, and Cole Preston have also released a new single 'Especially You'.
"It's about when you're in the early stages of a relationship and you get so worried that the other person's mind will change at the flip of a switch," Dylan says.
"It's about stressing over the smallest things for no reason, but it's definitely self-aware about the fact that I'm doing this all to myself."
With a massive North American and UK tour already booked (April to July this year), Wallows have added three Australian dates (with Hatchie as support artist) to their itinerary with shows scheduled in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane in November. Tickets on sale from 8 February at 10am local time.
