Currently one of the biggest names in Australian country music – proven by his set at CMC Rocks QLD – Wade Forster will tour nationally this spring.
Shine your belt buckle and collect your cowboy hat, 'cause Forster and his band plus Red Dog (IYKYK) will headline concerts in Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne this October-November; his biggest Australian shows to date.
The two-time Golden Guitar Winner (2026 Male Artist Of The Year & New Talent Of The Year winner) will be joined on tour by The Wet Whistles and Piper Butcher.
"Australia is my home, it's a part of who I am," the 2024 Toyota Star Maker winner says. "To be able to do a tour like this is something very special, not just for me and my crew but for the fans and everyone who have support me along the way."
After a sold-out 2025 Australian tour, Forster has spent a large chunk of his time touring throughout America, earning him a loyal and rowdy following Stateside.
Also a professional rodeo rider who's spent years on the outback circuit, Forster has also revealed the release of his upcoming third album, 'The Aftermath', on 14 August. Pre-order it.
It's the follow-up to his 2025 sophomore release 'Gooseneck Party'. "'The Aftermath' is the perfect album for the Sunday scaries," declares Wade.
"After a big night on the town or even a Gooseneck Party. I write a lot of music on my own, so I will probably have another one for you real soon." He's teased the album with the singles 'Strange' and 'How Alive (Poem)'.
"Now this is gonna be a good time 🇦🇺. The Wet Whistles will be joining Wade Forster on the road across Australia this October and November, fresh off the back of his massive run tearing through the USA," The Wet Whistles posted.
"Wade doesn't just sing country music, he lives it. Born and raised on a remote cattle station in outback Winton, Queensland, Wade's spent years on the rodeo circuit chasing buckles, riding hard, and living stories most country singers only write about. Can't wait to hit the road together mate!"
Adds Piper Butcher: "Well hot damn. . . Such a privilege to announce that I'm bringing the band and going on the road with brother Wade Forstermusic for The Aftermath tour 🚘!"
Tickets on sale from 11am (local time) on 13 May.
