The Aussie Cowboy, country artist Wade Forster is returning to the road for a series of regional shows across Australia.
The 2024 Toyota Star Maker (who was nominated for New Talent Of The Year at the recent 2025 Golden Guitar Awards) will support Cody Johnson on his Australian tour (Perth, Sydney and Melbourne) next month.Their friendship was born in 2023 when Cody mentioned in an interview that he wanted to win a rodeo buckle in Australia. A few days later, the pair were competing side by side in the team roping and steer wrestling at a Townsville rodeo.
Wade will then venture out on his own, with headline gigs in Fremantle, Castlemaine, Yackandandah, Wollongong, Western Sydney, South Coast, Canberra, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and Gold Coast, as well as festival appearances at Man From Snowy River Festival (Corryong), Winton Sunset Concert (QLD) and Easter In The Country (Roma).

Known for his signature cowboy grit, raw storytelling, and high-energy live show, last month Wade co-headlined a US tour with Texan band The Lowdown Drifters, selling out legendary venues like Cain's Ballroom in Oklahoma and Gruene Hall in Texas – a rare feat for an independent Australian country act. While Forster's debut album 'The Beginning' has racked up over 30 million streams in the US.
