Not that anyone's counting, but 56 weeks weeks ago Violent Soho unleashed their third studio album 'Hungry Ghost' and in doing so, set off a chain reaction of events that no one predicted.
Coming in at #6 on the ARIA album charts and remaining in the top 50 for over a year, the album has become a favourite to many world-wide. The reaction to the album was so good the boys sold out a 14-date national headline tour and were asking to appear at Falls Festival, Big Day Out, Groovin The Moo, Splendour In The Grass and Triple J's 'One Night Stand'.
With everything they've achieved so far, the band shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Today announcing a 23-date tour titled 'No Sleep Til Mansfield' (guess where their last show is?), the tour is the last chance punters will get before the guys go into hibernation to write their fourth album.
