Regional boutique music festival Vanfest returns in 2022 with a monster line-up headlined by Hilltop Hoods and Tash Sultana as well as moving to a new location.
After originally being launched at the Vandenberg Hotel in Forbes in 2014 by Matt and Grant Clifton, the festival has been staged the last eight years in Forbes.In 2022 Vanfest will make its new home at the iconic location of Mount Panorama in Bathurst across the 2-3 December weekend.
Alongside Hilltop Hoods and Tash Sultana, the line-up will also boast Tones And I, Six60, The Presets, Illy, Hockey Dad, Masked Wolf and much, much more.
"We're super excited to be playing Vanfest with this incredible line-up in December!" shares the Hoods.
Launched as an initiative to support and strengthen youth culture, community connectedness, and regional tourism, Vanfest offers music fans in metro and rural NSW areas the ultimate road trip getaway highlighted by a magical musical line-up.
"It has been a long road, but we couldn't be more excited to be able to return the Vanfest stage back to the NSW regions," co-promoter Matt Clifton says.
"There are enormous amounts of challenges facing the industry, however, we remain dedicated to supporting the live music sector and delivering memorable experiences to our fans."
Tickets on sale from 10am (local time) on 7 July.
