One of the voices of her generation, Australian singer-songwriter Vanessa Amorosi is celebrating a major career milestone with a national tour in 2026.
Twenty five years since she released her debut album 'The Power' that debuted at #1 on the album charts – and features the anthems 'Absolutely Everybody' and 'Shine'; two songs that remain staples of the modern airwaves – Amorosi will tour Australia with her band next April.
The eight-date run will visit Newcastle, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Torquay, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. "I am so excited to announce my Australian tour, celebrating 25 years of music. I'm performing at intimate venues, bringing my full band and arena-sized sound to every show!"
A concert that promises all of her hits – including 'Perfect' and 'This Is Who I Am' – Vanessa will get inside the nostalgia feels sharing personal accounts of how her songs were crafted and brought to life, hear reflections from her unforgettable performances, and uncover untold stories from her journey.
"As I celebrate 25 years, this tour is a tribute to who I was, who I am, and everything in between. It's also a celebration of how far these songs have come," Vanessa says.
"Performing still brings me the same energy and connection it did from the very beginning. I've taken time to reflect, refine, and shape the strongest version of these songs. I'm excited to share this tour, celebrate it and make new memories."
With 16 ARIA Awards and APRA nominations, 8 studio albums (her most recent being 2023's 'Memphis Love') and her unforgettable performances of 'Heroes Live Forever' and 'Absolutely Everybody' at 2000 Sydney Olympics, Vanessa has spent the previous two years touring with Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics, which included US dates last year with Bryan Adams.
