After the reveal earlier this month that Under The Southern Stars (UTSS) would play three special concerts at 2022 Adelaide Fringe, UTSS organisers have now unveiled the rest of the 2022 Australian dates.
Set to feature rock royalty Cheap Trick, global rock superstars Bush, the legendary Stone Temple Pilots and bluesy rockers Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, UTSS will land in March 2022 with concerts to be staged in Hunter Valley, Hastings, Yarrawonga, Melbourne, Wollongong, Sydney, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane as well as the three aforementioned Adelaide Fringe shows."More dates have been added to Under The Southern Stars 2022! We're joining Cheap Trick, Bush, and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club in Australia next March for the co-headlining event you won't want to miss," Stone Temple Pilots says.
Aussie veterans Rose Tattoo and Electric Mary will also be along for the UTSS ride.
"Hello Australia. We know some of what you've been going through over the past years. More important than music or festivals are people," Black Rebel Motorcycle Club says.
"We're happy to be invited along with the other bands and hoping to be able to bring a bit of music your way in March."
Promoter Andrew McManus adds: "To say we're excited by finally being able to announce Black Rebel Motorcycle Club as a new addition and FOURTH high profile international rock band joining our already stellar line-up is an understatement!
"UTSS2022 will without a doubt rock audiences to the core and give them what they've all craved since March 2020 – a line-up that features the bands and the music they love – both Australian and international artists up in front of them in the flesh and playing their hits, live; it has been way too long!"
