American bluegrass, folk, country singer-songwriter Tyler Childers is headed to Australia in 2025.
The Kentucky native, who has penned such hits as 'Feathered Indians', 'All Your'n' and 'Lady May' will headline concerts in Brisbane, Byron Bay, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Gippsland as well as headlining the inaugural Howlin Country music festival in Newcastle.A seven-time Grammy Award nominated artist, Tyler has released seven studio albums but found global fame after his 2017 record 'Purgatory' earned Childers an Americana Music Award. He subsequently received Grammy Award nominations for his albums 'Long Violent History' (2020) and 'Rustin' In The Rain' (2023.
"It's an exciting time for fans of important and good-time music with Tyler and his band finally getting to town," Brian Taranto of Love Police, says.
