Set to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their third studio album, 'The Artist In The Ambulance', American post-hardcore rockers Thrice return to Australia in 2023.
To headline concerts in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth in earlier September, the Californian band (who formed in 1998) will perform their seminal record in full, including the album's three singles: 'All That's Left', 'Under A Killing Moon' and 'Stare At The Sun' as well as the album title's massive hit (that's been streamed 45 million times on Spotify)."Some of our favourite memories of touring in Australia are from the first time we toured 'The Artist In The Ambulance' there," the band's vocalist and guitarist, Dustin Kensrue says.
"There was such a great energy to those shows and we can't wait to do it again."
Since reforming in 2015, Thrice have released three studios albums: 'To Be Everything Is To Be Nowhere' (2016), 'Palms' (2018) and 'Horizon/East' (2021). The band's most recent single 'Open Your Eyes And Dream' dropped in September last year.
Tickets on sale from 11am EDT on 27 January.
