Welcome to This Week In Pop.

Australia’s busiest band and apparent anti-sleep advocates King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have worked some serious magic on the Albums Chart this week.

With 16 ARIA #1 albums and 27 #1 singles, The Beatles are back on the charts for the super deluxe rerelease of their seventh studio album, 'Revolver', at #2.

Taylor Swift’s 'Midnights' continues its run of incredible success, again landing #1 on the Albums Chart alongside six places in the Singles Chart top 10, with 'Anti-Hero' claiming the top spot for a second week. Rihanna also makes a very welcome return to music with the release of 'Lift Me Up', her first new single in six years, debuting at #5.
