This week, The Killers return in a big way as does Macklemore.

This week's album chartifacts:

#1: The Killers ‘Wonderful Wonderful’ (debut) – The first studio album in five years from The Killers gives the American band their second #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart. The Killers’ fifth album, 'Wonderful Wonderful' continues the group’s top ten run that began with 'Hot Fuss' (#1 February ’05).
#3: Macklemore ‘Gemini’ (debut) – American rapper Macklemore picks up his first solo appearance on the ARIA Albums Chart with 'Gemini'. The album is Macklemore’s second solo album; the first, 'The Language Of My World', was released in 2005. He’s previously charted with two albums released with collaborator Ryan Lewis: 'The Heist' (#2 January ’13) and 'This Unruly Mess I've Made' (#6 March ’16).

This week's single chartifacts:

#1: Post Malone Feat. 21 Savage ‘Rockstar’ – In its second week in the top 50, ‘Rockstar’ gives American rapper Post Malone his first #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart. Coming from Post Malone’s forthcoming 'Beerbongs And Bentleys' album, it debuted at #2 in the US.
#5: Logic Feat. Alessia Cara & Khalid ‘1-800-273-8255’ – Logic’s ‘1-800-273-8255’ climbs up two more spots this week to hit the top five for the first time. In the US, the song has peaked to date at #3, passing Tommy Tutone's 1982 #4 ‘867-5309/Jenny’ as the highest charting title featuring a phone number.
